installing apps

thanks for lars and sable about my last question (creating eyepackage), it works.....
but i found another problem, how can i install my own app--that extracted into *.eyepackage--into my own system???
any suggest???

Hi permana,

first of all, you must be logged as root to be able to install any new applications into a oneye/eyeOS system. So, once logged as root, download your eyepackage any where in your oneye (e.g. on the desktop) and, then, clic on it: a dialog box will appear asking you if you want to install this application... Confirm and the installation process will begin wink

i did it,  but i don't know why...i can't....i made an eyepackage file that i want to install on my server...but i can't

That's probably due to a mistake when you created your eyepackage... If you want, you can send it to me and I'll have a look on it wink
