Hi,
specifics points .... ONLY ONE
The main requirement for installation of oneye is a Web server supporting PHP 5 or higher installed.
Exemple:
I run perfectly OnEye (last SVN) on:
- Apache (2.2.22) with PHP 5 (5.4)
- Lighttpd (1.4.30) with PHP5 (5.2.17)

On Windows Server 2008 I recommend you to install IIS first. Actually it should be installed already .
Afterwards, just install the latest PHP release for Windows ( http://windows.php.net/ ) and follow the installer instructions.
Finally download oneye 0.9.0 RC 1 from and install it as described in the readme file.
PS: I'm using IIS on Windows 7 for development purposes. So you can be sure it works !
Best regards,
Lars Knickrehm
The oneye project.
