Fork me on GitHub

The oneye project has been discontinued. You might not expect further fixes and support from us. All community related systems are set to read-only mode. Though feel free to download and use oneye as-is or even fork it over at GitHub.

sqlite and mail

sqlite is needed for mail. I have 3 different service providers, none of them supports the installation of sqlite :-(  One of them gives a reason: shell access is needed for that, and for security reasons shell access is blocked. I think it's time to change the mail database.... or advise the oneye users to use webmail only.

Kind regards, John van Hulst

Re: sqlite and mail

Welcome to the oneye community,

the mail application of eyeos (now oneye) wasn't stable at any time and therefore there's just nobody interested in moving from SQLite to another DB. But there's RoundCube, which is a really great webmail application.

As far as I remember, there's an iFrame application for oneye, available at … pid=92#p92 , but it's badly integrated and more or less a workaround.

Best regards,
Lars Knickrehm

The oneye project.
