placement rating.png

There there's a bug with the placement of the image rating.png with IE 11 and for good reason, IE uses the css file fiefox, how can we force IE11 not to use this file (eyeos_firefox.css)?

1. This has been addressed by the following bug report: http://forums.oneye-project.org/viewtopic.php?id=469
2. Microsoft added "like Gecko" to the browser's user agent string of IE11. This lets us load that file mistakenly. I just fixed that.

is this stable version 0.9 or beta version?
