Ask For Help

HELLO,I HAVE COME ACROSS  SOME  TROUBLE  IN  STUDYING   THE  NEWEST  ONEYE  OS .THE  TROUBLE IS THAT , WHEN  I WRITE  SOME

FILES IN  MICROSOFT  WORD (WHICH IS WRITTEN IN  Simplified Chinese ) ,BUT WHEN I UPLOADED  IT TO THE  NEWST   ONEYE  OS.IT COME OUT

WITH  UNREDABLE  CODE. WHILE  WHEN  I  UPLOAD  THE  FILE  WHICH  IS WRITTEN  IN TRADITIONAL CHINESE ,IT  COME  OUT   RIGHT .SO PLEASE  TELL

ME  HOW  TO SOLVE   THIS  PROBLEM.I  WANT THE SIMPLIFIED  CHINESE FILE  COME  OUT  RIGHT  WHEN I UPLOADE   IT  TO THE  NEWEST  ONEYE

OS .THKS  VERY MUCH.

Can you provide us two example files, please? Or send them to mail@lars-sh.de . That way we can check what has happened.

One more information required: Do you use the oneye - OpenOffice / LibreOffice connector?

Few tips.
No caps, I won't even bother to help you know and it's probably an UTF issue.
Describe your problem, else we have no idea how we are supposed to help you.
Give as much information as possible.

Hi houjienh,

I checked it out and in some cases the eyeos office software just cannot handle UTF-8 correctly. Sorry for that sad ...
