music files and image files will not show on file manager, why?

Hiya, i cant seem to show ALL files...all my custom made directories show up fine, but no files show up unless the extension is .eye....

Why is this?

is there any way i can access my MP3 files without needed to change the file extension.

Thanks in advance,

K

Welcome to the oneye project,

internally we are using a virtual files system to make sure users of an oneye installation cannot get control over the administrators server or even getting control over some parts of it.

That's why oneye creates those *.eye**** files for each virtual file. In order to access "real" files you can either use the section "Real" from within the files manager or you disable the virtual files system and switch over to the real files system.

Switching is quite easy: just edit the file settings.php and change 'virtual' to 'real'.
