Like that? Very easily.

  1. Configure your web browser's home page to be the oneye server you want to access

  2. Configure your linux distro to start your web browser automatically on login/start (preferably in full screen)

Then whenever you start and login to linux, you will be presented with oneye automatically.

See also: tEYEy (http://sourceforge.net/projects/teyeny/), which includes a local webserver as well.
