Re: fopen in SharedMemory

As with the installer, you will need to permit the web server to read and write the files in the oneye folder for oneye to work.

I'd recommend 775, but yes. All the files and folders within the oneye folder.

If apache is the web server you're using, then yes. And not 'it' but 'them'.

If it didn't work, then you may be doing something wrong. If it helps to give us a web address or screenshots or something to help us determine why it's not working for you, then please do.

Re: fopen in SharedMemory

I'd prefer IRC, personally. ( http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=oneye if you don't have a client)

Edit to say: I'll try to be online tomorrow afternoon, if that helps (Sat. 17th).

Re: fopen in SharedMemory

Please get the installer and let it check your PHP settings. Does it give you any error?

Re: fopen in SharedMemory

This sounds quite crazy. Might you give us access to your phpinfo output?

Re: fopen in SharedMemory

Hi Peter,

good to know you e fixed it. This shouldn't happen using the installer, so we don't need to handle it ourselves - happily smile

You might even like to use our new "Nightly Preview", which is an installer with the current state of development at GitHub. Just grab it over here: http://oneye-project.org/downloads/ .

PS: There's a donations page on our main site: http://oneye-project.org/donate/
