How to configue eyesyn ?

I have installed mono as indicated http://wiki.oneye-project.org/0.9:eyesync

I installed Mono and downloaded the portable version of eyesync in my download directory.

When I open eyesync with Mono Runtime, nothing happens.

What is wrong ? What must happens ? (I am not sure for how it works)

Sorry, I'm not using a Linux Distribution to test eyeSync with...
